Protein is key My gym coach says eating more protein. I see I’ve dropped fat. I’m 62years old. In your thirty’s start dropping muscle tone. I felt a decrease in muscle tone when I was 55years old. I had students ask me my age. I ask them what they think they say 45years old. Fitness does make you look younger. Also make sure to take collagen now. I was never told that when I was your age. Research is the key to more healthy living.

I'm so proud of you for doing such an amazing and excellent job at home schooling your babies ! I home schooled only for a year until it was necessary for me to put my children back into public school - they were years ahead of their peers when they tested out . So kudos kiddo ! ❤ love this video and info .

I had to stop the video at a little past 1 minute in to say thank you for saying if you notice that your child is learning and growing that you’re doing it right! I haven’t started official homeschool but we are doing tot school and she’s almost can count to 15 and knows maybe about 15 letters now and even though I’ve taught her that much I’ve felt like I still wasn’t good at homeschooling and doing it wrong but she is learning! So I’m doing something right im still scared and nervous for future grade levels cuz the school that I went to wasn’t really good at teaching and so I have to teach myself as I teach her😨
